Took me a while to realize things are better off not trying to make things go my way. I just end up twice as mad before reaching what I wanted and not fully enjoy the satisfaction.
Just letting things go and moving pass it. There is really no point making a fuss about it and stay angry about for weeks causing me being stressed out.
I’ve accepted that I can control my emotions, not saying I’ll ever be 100% in control of it, no one can. But being much more rational on things is.
I was looking back at things that pissed me off just made me disappointed that I allowed certain things to get me stressed out. Kept thinking about it, the more stronghold it had me in.
Its really not worth letting things getting to you, I’m not saying you should never be mad about something, but you don’t have to let it revolve in your life.
